‘Kestrel Caught on a Headwind’ (Sold)
Once again working from sketches made on Exmoor. If I put a bird in, it is because that is what I’ve seen. A really strong breeze came up while I sketched, and I watched this kestrel struggle, momentarily, to rest on it and to be able to hunt.
